Exchanges and Returns

At Round1 Games, we prioritize product quality and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. To achieve this, we offer the following exchange and return policy:

Digital Keys:  Digital Keys are for single use, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled, and may only be returned in cases of code problems. Before finalizing a purchase, please review all information about your order.

Cancellation and Refund:  If the User wishes to cancel an order, they have up to 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to request the cancellation and refund of the amount paid, providing the name, order number, and reason. To request exchanges, cancellations, and returns, please send an email to [email protected] or contact us in WhatsApp at 55 77 988626726.

Exchange or Return:  If you encounter an issue with the code, please contact us providing the following information:

Order number

Name and Email registered in the Store

Reason for the exchange or return

Proof of the issue

Unused Digital Key

The refund described above is limited to the product value and does not include the service fee charged by the chosen payment method, nor does it cover the taxes incurred in the transaction.

The reimbursement to the User will occur after the cancellation request and will be processed through a credit card chargeback or a deposit to the same account provided by the User, within 15 (fifteen) days in cases of purchases made through any payment method other than credit card. The credit card chargeback will follow the rules and timelines of each card operator/bank issuer.

Return requests due to regret will undergo validation, within a period of up to 30 days. A full refund of fees applied may not be granted, except in cases where the order has not been shipped.
